Booking Conditions

In these Booking Conditions, 'you' and 'your' means all persons named on the booking form (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). 'We', 'us' and 'our' means Stay Craster, Seaton Leisure Ltd, Wagon Way Road, Alnwick, NE66 1QQ

Making a Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

The group leader must be 18 years at the time of booking. The group leader is responsible for making all due payments.

Booking Confirmation

Subject to availability and receipt of the required deposit we will confirm your reservation by email as soon as reasonably possible.

As soon as your confirmation is received, you must check the details carefully. If anything is not correct you should inform us immediately.

We have the right to refuse any reservation prior to the issue of your electronic booking confirmation. If we do this we will promptly refund the deposit that you have paid to us.

Payment

When making a reservation, the required deposit should be paid through PayPal by debit or credit card.

The remainder of the balance must be paid to us at least 10 weeks before the 1st day of your stay.

The remaining balance can be paid cheque or by electronic bank transfer. Our bank details and address details are displayed on your booking confirmation email.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change or correct any of the prices without prior warning.

All prices quoted include all charges at the time of the reservation.

Property Details

We aim to ensure that the information provided on our website and literature for our cottages is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information given about a cottage.

If you change your booking

If you wish to change any detail of your confirmed booking we will do our best to make these changes. The group leader should inform us as soon as possible by writing or email.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, the group leader must inform us by writing or email as soon as possible.

The deposit is non refundable. If the total amount has been paid, this may be refunded at our descression.

Important Holiday Information

Insurance

We recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover your group for the duration of your stay.

Disabilities and medical problems

If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability that may affect your booking please inform us in writing or email before we confirm your booking.

Arrival and departure times

You may arrive at your cottage at any time after 3.00pm on the 1st day of your stay.
You must leave by 10.00am on the last day of your stay.

Smoking

Our cottages are no smoking.

Care of the cottage

You and all members of your group agree to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it upon your arrival.

You and all members of your group further agree not to use the property for any unlawful or commercial purpose.

You are responsible for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property. We require payment from you to cover any such costs.

Pets

Pets are welcome in our cottages. If you take a pet with you, it is not allowed on beds or furniture.

Pets should not be left unattended in the cottage.

Special requests

If you have any special requests you must advise us when making the reservation or confirm them in writing or email.

Complaints

If you have any cause for complaint we aim to ensure that action is taken as soon as possible. Please inform us of any complaints in writing or by email.
